This knife consists of a single piece of high carbon steel that has been hand-ground, hand-polished, and patinated with acid to achieve a protective dark grey finish. The sheath consists of a single piece of vegetable tanned leather and waxed nylon cord.
The chisel-ground bevel allows the knife to be placed against a ruler for accurate cutting. It is easily sharpened by placing the bevel face down on a sharpening stone to achieve a razor edge. Dimensions are similar to CRAFTY TXXL with an extra wide handle.
